Time and duration of Bebras Challenge

• Teachers can have the Bebras Challenge with their learners at any given time during the indicated Bebras Challenge Duration.
• The challenge itself takes 40 minutes, thus it is perfectly coordinated with a school lesson. But please add some time for the login procedure of the learners into the system.

Preparation of the Bebras Challenge

•  Have the login id's and passwords for your learners ready before starting the Bebras Challenge. In case you already used t hem for a test challenge, regenerate them before the actual Bebras Challenge to avoid having invalid passwords. Check here how to do that.
• If you want to download again all the access information for your learners or in case you want to "late register" a learner, you can also do this during the Bebras Challenge Period, before you start yours with your learners.
• Participating at the Bebras Challenge from home is invalid according to the Fairplay!
• Material: it is best to have pen and paper for the learners ready before you start the challenge

During the Bebras Challenge

•  As a teacher, please yay attention to fairplay during the Bebras Challenge.
• Participation as teams: learners that participate as teams have to  create this team when logging into the system! The first learner enters the userid and password, then the second learner adds his/her userid and password. Check here how to do that. Important Note: Learners who work as a team cannot qualify for the Finale!

Qualification for the Finale

In order to qualify for the Bebras Challenge Finale:

• learners need to participate at the Bebras Challenge online.
• learners need to finalize their tasks asap and click on "Finish Challenge". By just closing the browser window, the timer keeps counting!
